- Medjool Dates
- Chia seeds
- Honey
- Pistachio butter
- Tahini
- Unshelled pistachios
- Cocoa powder
- Coconut oil
- Dark or milk chocolate
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

- Step 1: In a blender, add pitted dates, chia seeds, honey, pistachio butter, tahini, cocoa powder, and pistachios. Blend until sticky and well combined.

- Step 2: Line a baking sheet (8x8) with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly, smoothing the top.

- Step 3: Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth, then pour over and spread evenly. Sprinkle sea salt and drizzle pistachio butter if desired.

- Step 4: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. Slice into bars and enjoy.
