Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies -(The Ultimate Valentine’s Day Dessert)

If chocolate-covered strawberries and fudgy brownies had a child, this would be it. These chocolate-covered strawberry brownies are rich, decadent, and irresistibly romantic, featuring a dense, fudgy brownie base, fresh sliced strawberries, and a silky chocolate ganache drizzle. It’s the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert, whether you’re hosting a Galentine’s night, planning a cozy date in, or just treating yourself (as you should).

This dessert delivers big flavor with minimal effort and looks stunning on a dessert table, and the best part: no fancy decorating skills required.

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter
Melt butter and whisk in sugars until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, and whisk until the mixture is glossy. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
