Ingredients

  • English Muffins
  • Eggs
  • Avocado
  • Butter
  • Hashbrowns
  • Cheese
  • Beef Bacon
  • Mayo - or your favorite sauce

  • Hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Butter a pan and toast the English muffins
  1. Step 2: Fry the beef bacon.
  1. Step 3: Melt the butter and fry the eggs. Add some salt and pepper.
  1. Step 4: Assemble the sandwich: spread mayo on the muffins, then layer the egg, cheese, bacon, avocado, and hot sauce.

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yields: 4 sandwiches

  • 4 English muffins
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 hashbrowns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4–6 slices of beef bacon
  • 1 tsp mayo (or your favorite sauce)
  • Drizzle of hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Butter a pan and add English muffins to toast them. You can also easily toast them in an air fryer, toaster, or anything you want.
  2. Fry the beef bacon.
  3. Once the bacon is done, melt the butter and fry the eggs. Add some salt and pepper.
  4. Once the eggs are done, assemble the sandwich.
  5. I did heat up my hashbrowns and sliced the avocado.
  6. Put some mayo at the bottom of the English muffins, place the egg, add cheese, add bacon, add the avocado, and add some hot sauce.
